Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Tim Prestidge, Group Business Development Director, on 3 April 2025 purchased 511 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7502 pence per share. Following this transaction Tim Prestidge's beneficial holding is now 564 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
