Judges Scientific plc (the "Group" or "Judges")

Second interim dividend

Further to the announcement of 25 September 2015, the Board of Judges has elected to approve the payment of a second interim dividend of 15.9p per ordinary share meaning that the total dividends paid so far for the 2015 financial year aggregates to 24.0p.

The second interim dividend will be payable on 22 March 2016 to shareholders on the register on 4 March 2016 and the Group's ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 3 March 2016.

It remains the Board's intention to pay a nominal final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015.
