In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 31st October 2024 the Company's share capital consists of 60,145,653 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 3,623,371 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st October 2024, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 56,522,282.

The above figure (56,522,282) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
