Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 22,005,600 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The Block listings consist of 7,000,000 shares to be issued under the ITV plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme, 12,340,000 shares under the ITV plc Performance Share Plan and 2,665,600 shares to be issued under the ITV plc Turnaround Plan.
