Total Voting Rights
In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, ITM Power (AIM: ITM) announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 616,882,323 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in ITM Power plc is 616,882,323.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITM Power PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
