Director's Purchase and Grant of Options
ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company announces that Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM acquired 9,231 Ordinary Shares in ITM at a price of 65p per share on 21 January 2011. Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 212,258 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital. Separately, the Board announces the grant of options to directors as follows:
