ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel group, announces that further to the announcement dated 10 June 2020, it has been notified that an additional transfer of 3,500 ordinary shares took place on 11 June 2020 to a family member of Executive Director Rachel Smith's husband. These shares were transferred to the family member by Rachel Smith's husband for nil consideration.
Rachel Smith's resultant holdings in the Company remain as stated in the announcement dated 10 June 2020.

About ITM Power plc:
ITM Power plc manufactures integrated hydrogen energy solutions for grid balancing, energy storage and the production of renewable hydrogen for transport, renewable heat and chemicals. ITM Power plc was admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2004. Customers and partners include Sumitomo, Ørsted, Phillips 66, National Grid, Cadent, Northern Gas Networks, Gasunie, RWE, Engie, BOC Linde, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and Anglo American among others.
