Barry Cunliffe, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, today acquired 19,704 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 25.00p per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Cunliffe has an interest in 31,634 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
