ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that, following admission earlier today of the 33,720,203 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ('Ordinary Shares') in connection with the placing announced on 26 January 2017 (the 'Placing') the following dealing by a Director in the Company's Ordinary Shares, by way of his participation in the Placing, have now taken place at the placing price of 17 pence per Ordinary Share.
