22 March 2007 ITM Power Plc ("ITM" or "the Company") Exercise of Options
ITM Power Plc announces that 29,250 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company have been issued and allotted following the exercise of options on 14th March 2007 under the Company's employee share option scheme.
Application has been made for the admission of 29,250 ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur on 23rd March 2007.
Following admission of the new shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 101,258,735 ordinary shares.
