28 February 2006 ITM Power Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing ITM Power Plc announces today that 77,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("NewOrdinary Shares") have been issued and allotted following an exercise ofoptions by employees of the Company.Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New OrdinaryShares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to beadmitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 6March 2006.
