Result of General Meeting
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a provider of geospatial collaboration and productivity software to the telecommunications and utilities industries, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcements made on 1 December 2020, at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Completion of the Placing and Acquisition remains conditional inter alia on Admission of the Placing Shares. This is expected to become effective at 8:00am on Monday, 21 December 2020.
A further announcement will be made at the time of Admission setting out the number of Initial Consideration Shares to be issued pursuant to the Acquisition and the Company's subsequent Total Voting Rights for the purpose of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The definitions referenced in this announcement remain in line with those from the Company's announcements of 1 December 2020 unless otherwise stated.
