Posting of the Notice of Annual General Meeting
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and is available to view on the Company's website, www.iqgeo.com.
The Company is committed to ensuring the safety of all its stakeholders during these unprecedented and uncertain times. In the lead up to the Annual General Meeting, we are closely monitoring the impact of the Covid-19 virus in the United Kingdom. Currently, shareholders are strongly discouraged from attending and should not attend the Annual General Meeting given the measures currently in force to limit the spread of Covid-19. The Notice sets out further details regarding the conduct of the meeting, including that a dial-in facility will be available on the Company's website.
The Government's response to Covid-19 is evolving and the Company will if necessary make further announcements if further developments impact on the current arrangements.
