Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI) announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2011, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders and is available at the Company's website, http://www.ubisense.net.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held on 26 April 2012 at 09.30 am at the offices of FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.
