Ruffer LLP controls the voting rights over 1,934,671 shares (now less than 5% of the voting rights) of Ubisense Group plc which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

This change from 5% to less than 5% is due to a recent placing of 19,230,000 new Ordinary Shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 26 April 2016.
