CORRECTION: Director/PDMR Shareholding
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 6 December 2021 at 7:00am under RNS No 5941U.
In paragraph 2 of the announcement Mr Petti's beneficial interest in the company should read 205,077 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36 per cent. and not 207,764 Ordinary Shares representing 0.36 per cent. as originally stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Following the transaction, Mr. Petti's beneficial interest in the Company is 205,077 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36 per cent. of the total issued share capital. Mr Petti also continues to hold 1,750,000 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.
