AGM Statement

IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry, will host its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today at 9:00 am at Peel Hunt LLP, 7th Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT.
