Stone Checker Update

Further to the announcement of 11 July 2017, the Board reports further developments relating to the achievement of a CE mark for the company's Stone Checker medical software product.The Company has been informed by its contract manufacturer in North America that a recent fire at its main facility will result in a delay in the delivery of the prototype Stone Checker software, previously expected to be delivered to the Company this month. A business continuity plan at the manufacturer's site and careful off-site storage of the development work means that manufacturing is expected to recommence in days. However, this temporary interruption and resultant later delivery of the software will itself result in a knock-on delay of approximately eight weeks to the Stone Checker CE Marking programme.All other aspects of the Stone Checker Software businesses continue to be developed entirely as planned and the Board is confident that this marginal delay in timelines will have no material impact on the overall CE Marking programme.
