Director Dealing
The Company has been notified that Trevor Brown, CEO of the Company, has sold 5,166,667 ordinary shares in the Company indirectly via Free Association Books and directly in his own name.
Following this transaction, Trevor Brown continues to hold 42,360,736 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 26.39 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In addition, Mr Brown continues to hold £50,000 convertible loan notes convertible at 2p and £250,000 convertible loan notes convertible at 1.5p.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
