Scrip Dividend Reference Price
Further to the Company's Annual Results Release on 10 March 2021 and the 2021 AGM Notice which was published on 6 May 2021, the Company announces that the Scrip Reference Share Price for the 2020 Final Dividend, payable on 16 June 2021, is 118.6 pence. Defined terms in this announcement are as defined in the 2021 AGM Notice.
The Scrip Reference Share Price is the price at which the Company's Ordinary Shares will be issued to shareholders who have elected to receive dividends in the form of newly issued, fully paid shares in the Company in lieu of cash through participation in the optional Scrip Dividend Scheme.
The Scrip Reference Share Price is the average of the mid closing price of the Company's Ordinary Shares, as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five dealing days commencing on the relevant ex-dividend date (being 13, 14, 17, 18 and 19 May 2021).
Any shareholder entitled to the 2020 Final Dividend who has not already completed a Scrip Dividend Mandate Form or a Dividend Election Input Message in CREST and is intending to do so, should refer to the Scrip Dividend Scheme Terms and Conditions contained within the 2021 AGM Notice which can be found at: https://www.ipgroupplc.com/investor-relations/shareholder-information/agm.
The final time and date for receipt of Scrip Dividend Mandates and Dividend Election Input Messages in CREST is 5:00pm on 28 May 2021.
