Iomart Group PLC08 August 2006 iomart group plc ("iomart" or the "Company") Clarification of Dividend Timetable iomart wishes to point out that in the circular in connection with theintroduction of a scrip dividend scheme, which was sent to shareholders on 26May 2006, the Company stated in its expected dividend timetable that the finaldividend of 3p per share was to be paid to shareholders, or new shares allottedto those who have elected to participate in the scrip dividend scheme, to allthose on the register on 11 August 2006. For clarification and in line with the announcement which was made on 17 May2006 of the Company's final results the final dividend of 3p per share will bepaid to shareholders, or new shares allotted to those who have elected toparticipate in the scrip dividend scheme, to all those on the register on Friday25 August 2006. Consequently, the dividend timetable is as follows:- Expected Timetable of Events Wednesday 23 August 2006: Shares quoted "ex-dividend" Friday 25 August 2006: Record Date Friday 1 September 2006: Scrip Dividend Mandate forms posted to shareholders. Friday 22 September 2006: Last date for receipt of Scrip Dividend Mandate forms. Friday 29 September 2006: Due date for receipt of cheques for those receivingcash dividends; new shares allotted to those who have elected to participate inthe scrip dividend scheme; dealings in new shares commence; CREST accountscredited (for CREST participants).
