Iofina plc (AIM:IOF), specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and manufacturers of specialty chemical products, announces that Dr. Tom Becker, Chief Executive Officer and Malcolm Lewin, Chief Financial officer, will hold an investor presentation and Q&A session on Thursday, 11 May 2023 at 1:30pm (BST) via the Investor Meet Company platform.
The presentation will relate to the Group's preliminary results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2022, which was announced on Tuesday, 25 April 2023.

· Whilst the Company will not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market through regulatory notifications.
