Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions for the Global 5000, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts (the "Report") for the year ended 30 September 2019 has been published and copies of the Report, together with a notice (the "Notice") convening the Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), are available to download from the Company's website at www.i-nexus.com/investor-center.
The Company notes slight discrepancies in certain of the paperwork accompanying the Notice, and clarifies that the AGM will be held at 11.00 am (GMT time) on Monday 23 March 2020 at George House, Herald Avenue, Coventry, CV5 6UB.
Hard copies of the Report, which was posted to shareholders, together with the Notice, on 21 February 2020, may be obtained from the Company at George House, Herald Avenue, Coventry Business Park, Coventry, CV5 6UB.
