Director Resignation
i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions for the Global 5000, announces that Paul Docherty, Chief Innovation Officer, has resigned from the Company to pursue new challenges.
Paul founded i-nexus in 2001 and was its Chief Executive through to February 2012. In this and his subsequent Chief Innovation Officer role he was instrumental in the development of the business' Continuous Improvement and Strategy Execution solutions and in the development of valuable customer, investor and partner relationships.
Simon Crowther, Chief Executive, commented:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for all that he has done for the Company and for the valued contribution that he has made over the years. We wish him all the very best for the future."
Paul Docherty added:
"It has been a wonderful and fulfilling journey with i-nexus. Following the Group's successful IPO last year, I believe the Company is well placed to achieve its growth ambitions and now is the right time for me to move on and explore other opportunities."
