Grant of LTIP options
i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a leading provider of cloud-based strategy software solutions designed for the Global 5000, announces that on 11 November 2022 awards were granted in the form of options over ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Long Term Investment Plan ('LTIP') to the following Directors. Each option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share equal to the nominal value of an Ordinary Share.

The vesting of the LTIP options is conditional upon retaining employment with the Company at the date of vesting and is subject to approval from the Company's remuneration committee.
