Directorate Changes

Kleenair Systems International plc ("Kleenair" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment as Executive Chairman of John William Gunn with immediate effect.

Mr Gunn, aged 41, has been associated with the Company for some time and is the majority shareholder of Inspirit Energy Limited, the owner of the intellectual property rights to the micro combined heat and power boiler (mCHP) which is in the course of being made ready for commercialisation, in which the Company has a 17.05% interest. Mr Gunn is also the managing director and majority shareholder of Global Investment Strategy UK Limited, stockbrokers. Mr Gunn's past experience in the energy industry and investment banking means that he is well placed to seek alternative investments and assist the Company with achieving its objectives.

The Company also announces that David Pinckney and Alan McClue resigned as non-executive Chairman and non-executive director respectively with effect from 9 November 2011. Both directors have expressed an interest in being kept informed of Kleenair's progress with a view to joining the board again at a later date once Kleenair has made further progress towards commercialisation of the mCHP or identified a further acquisition.

No compensation is payable in relation to either David Pinckney's or Alan McClue's vacation of office and John Gunn has agreed to waive the payment of director's fees for the time being,
