DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Claire Whittet was appointed as a non-executive director of Third Point Offshore Investors Limited on 27 April 2017. Third Point Offshore Investors Limited was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 25 July 2007.
