Indus Gas Limited (AIM: INDI.L), an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 21 September 2009 at 11.00 am at Old Government House Hotel, St Ann's Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NU.
