Result of General Meeting

 

The Ince Group plc (AIM: INCE), the international legal and professional services company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held today were duly passed.

All conditions of the Fundraising, except for Admission, set out in the Company's announcement on 15 January, have now been met and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares on AIM will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 4 February 2020.
