Completion of Arden Partners disposal
Further to the Company's announcement on 12 January 2023, the Board of Ince is pleased to announce that the sale of the entire issued share capital of Ince's wholly owned subsidiary, Arden Partners plc, to Zeus Group Limited has completed.
