Close High Income Properties PLC28 February 2007 Close High Income Properties PLC ("the Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Companyadvises that its issued share capital now comprises 32,953,934 Ordinary shares,50,135,717 "C" Ordinary shares and 26,268,589 "D" Ordinary shares, all with anominal value of 1p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identicalwith each share carrying the right to one vote. The company holds no ordinaryshares in treasury. The figure of 109,358,240 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Close High Income Properties PLCunder the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
