Directorate changes

Following the announcement made on 25 April 2017 that Hansteen Holdings Plc had reached agreement to purchase all the shares in the Company held by Alpha Real Trust Limited and Antler Holdings Limited, Mark Rattigan, Chief Operating Officer of Alpha Real Capital LLP, has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Chairman of the Company, Jonathan Clague commented "on behalf of the Board we would like to express our gratitude to Mark for all his work on behalf of the Company since joining the Board in 2013. We wish him well in the future".
