Close High Income Properties PLC17 July 2007 CLOSE HIGH INCOME PROPERTIES plc SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL Close High Income Properties plc announces that it has, yesterday, purchased1,100,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 110.5 pence per share. This represents1.05% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before thetransaction. These shares will be cancelled. Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive'stransitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: Close High Income Properties plc's capital today consists of 76,976,079 OrdinaryShares, plus 26,268,589 "D" Ordinary Shares, both with voting rights, plus50,135,717 Deferred Shares, which have no voting rights. Close High IncomeProperties plc does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close High Income Properties plcis 103,244,668.
