ALPHA UK MULTI PROPERTY TRUST PLC

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
The Board of Directors of the Company wish to announce with effect from 1 July 2014, Alpha UK Multi Property Trust plc, has changed its name to Industrial Multi Property Trust plc.
The new name was approved by shareholders at the Company's recent AGM and better reflects the nature of the Company's portfolio of predominantly industrial assets.
Dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 am on 2nd July 2014. The TIDM (ticker symbol) has been changed to IMPT for the Company's ordinary shares.
The Company's website will now be www.industrialmultipropertytrust.com.
