Application for Admission & Total Voting Rights

IMImobile (AIM: IMO) announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 273,614 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Consideration Shares"). The Consideration Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 3 April 2017. The Consideration Shares were issued pursuant share element of the initial consideration payable for the acquisition of Infracast Limited as announced on 27 March 2017. The Consideration Shares were issued at a price of £1.75 per share.

Following admission of the Consideration Shares the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 61,016,229 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The Company holds zero shares in treasury.

Therefore, when calculating voting rights, shareholders should use the figure of 61,016,229 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
