Completion of Heatmiser UK Ltd ("Heatmiser") acquisition

IMI plc, the specialist engineering group, confirms that further to the announcement made on 8 November 2022, the acquisition of Heatmiser has been completed.

Roy Twite, Chief Executive of IMI said:
