3i Group plc announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority for, respectively, admission to trading and admission to the Official List of a blocklisting of 140,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each. It is expected that admission will take place on or around 9 December 2022.
These shares, which (when issued), will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the 3i Group Share Incentive Plan.
