As a result of the exercise of Options pursuant to the terms of the Company'sShare Option Scheme, the Company has today allotted to an employee from whom anapplication to exercise options has been received, a total of 166 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each at 50.0 pence per share.Following the issue of shares today, the number of shares in issue hasincreased from 15,437,749 to 15,437,915.
