The Company was advised today that the Directors listed below acquired OrdinaryShares in the Company at a purchase price of ‚£1.43 per Ordinary Share throughthe iimia Investment Group Share Investment Plan which has been approved by theInland Revenue. The shares were purchased by the Trustee on 11th January 2006and allocated to SIP members on 17th January 2006.
