APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR 27 April 2006 iimia Investment Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that RonaldMorgan has today joined the Board of the Company as an independentnon-executive director. Inter alia, he will serve on the Board's Audit andRemuneration Committees.A citizen of the U.S.A, Ron qualified as a Certified Public Accountant withCoopers and Lybrand USA in 1966. From 1966 to 1989 he worked for the retailbrokerage, Thomson McKinnon, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 1984 and thenChairman and CEO from 1987. In 1990, Ron moved to London as CEO of Pershing'sUK operation, a post he held until 2003 when he retired.
