IntegraFin Holdings plc highlights the new Transact - Blackrock Model Portfolio Service

Headlines

· The new Transact - Blackrock MPS will provide a highly attractive discretionary model portfolio service that will be made available exclusively to Transact clients and their financial advisers.

· This is being launched to extend the choice of Discretionary Investment Managers (DIMs) available on the Transact platform even further.

· Assets held on the Transact platform with third party DIMs have more than doubled in recent years and using DIMs can reduce cost and risk for clients and financial advisers.

· The Transact - Blackrock MPS will draw on Blackrock's extensive investment management capabilities utilising its proprietary research and modelling to deliver a cost-effective MPS range.

· The DIM fee that Transact will earn will be 2bps including VAT. However, there are limited additional costs for Transact in providing this service. Therefore, after the initial set up stage we expect the proposition to be net revenue positive in FY24.

· The Transact - Blackrock MPS service will contribute to the retention of our current clients and financial advisers, and will be attractive for new clients and financial advisers, and thereby drive ongoing growth in the overall funds under direction of the Transact platform.
