1 February 2022 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), InterContinental Hotels Group PLC ("IHG") notes that Sharon Rothstein, Non-Executive Director of IHG, has resigned from the Board of Afterpay Limited with effect from 1 February 2022, and has been appointed to the Board of Block, Inc. with immediate effect, following the acquisition of Afterpay Limited by Block, Inc.
