Trading Update  

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, is pleased to announce a trading update for the year ended 31 January 2018.

The Company has continued to perform strongly and expects to report revenues and profit before interest and tax in line with market expectations. This follows a stronger performance by the Company during the second half of the financial year as predicted by the Company at the time of interim results. The balance sheet remains strong with cash balances similar to the prior year.

The year has been one of substantial investment in strengthening the depth of management and the recruitment of experienced staff to deal with the increasingly stringent regulatory requirements for medical devices being sold within the EU. This investment will continue as the Company invests in its new product pipeline for its key markets in Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Across the Group, we continue to make good progress in strengthening the portfolio of our products and services, enabling us to compete more effectively.

The Company will announce its results for the year to 31 January 2018 on 24 April 2018.
