("Inspiration Healthcare" or the "Company")
Grant of Options under Sharesave Scheme
Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, announces that it granted a total of 151,126 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Options") on 31 March 2022, under the Company's Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"), the terms of which were announced on 30 March 2020, including a total of 17,644 Options to four Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as detailed below.
The Scheme is available to all employees subject to qualifying conditions. The Scheme was introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company. The Options are exercisable after three years at an exercise price of 81.6 pence, being a 20 per cent. discount to the closing price on 7 March 2022.
