The Board ofĀ India Hospitality Corp. ("IHC" or "the Company")Ā announces the resignation of the non-executive Directors RichardĀ Foyston andĀ NicholasĀ BloyĀ from the board of the Company with immediate effect.Ā
Mr Foyston and Mr Bloy were Board members nominated by Navis Management Sdn Bhd, a substantial shareholder of IHC.Ā
