The Board of India Hospitality Corp. ("IHC" or "the Company") announces the resignation of the non-executive Directors Richard Foyston and Nicholas Bloy from the board of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Foyston and Mr Bloy were Board members nominated by Navis Management Sdn Bhd, a substantial shareholder of IHC.
