Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, IG Design Group plc ("IG Design" or the "Company") confirms the following:

As at 27 February 2018 the Company's issued share capital consists of 63,879,942 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 63,879,942 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure (63,879,942 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
