Board Change

Further to the announcement made on 3 November 2022, IG Design Group plc, one of the world's leading designers, innovators and manufacturers of Gift Packaging, Celebrations, Craft & Creative Play, Stationery, Gifting and related product categories, announces that Lance Burn, Interim COO, has informed the Board of his decision to step down from his position on the Board as Executive Director and from his role as Interim Chief Operating Officer effective as of 31 March 2023. Lance will remain with the business until 31 October 2023, now undertaking a project-based role.

As previously announced, Paul Bal will become Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 April 2023. In addition, Stewart Gilliland, currently Interim Executive Chair will return to the position of Non-Executive Chair on 1 April 2023. The search for a new Chief Financial Officer is well advanced and an announcement will be made as and when appropriate.

The Company intends to announce a post-close trading update for the year ended 31 March 2023 in early May 2023.

He has played an important part in developing the Group's capabilities and competitive position as well as providing strong leadership during the turnaround of the DG Americas business over the last year.
