Further to the announcement of the Company's Final Results on 11 June 2019, the Company confirms that its 2019 Annual Report & Accounts have been published and posted to shareholders, and are available to be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's corporate website at www.thedesigngroup.com/investors/reports-presentations/.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 11 September 2019 at 10.00am at IG Design Group plc, 7 Water End Barns, Eversholt, Bedfordshire MK17 9EA, United Kingdom.
IG Design Group plc confirms that the interim dividend of 6.0 pence per ordinary share is expected to be paid to all shareholders on 16 September 2019.
