Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company notifies that Mr Giles Willits has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following the above transactions, Mr Willits holds 93,573 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 percent of the Company's issued share capital. As previously announced, Mr Willits will replace Mr Lawrinson, who is stepping down from the board, effective from 2 January 2018.
